The Scout collects the sources. The Reader analyses each one: a summary, the actual rules (entry, exit, stop, leverage, risk), the claims, the evidence, the red flags, and key points with their timestamps in a video.
The Recipe-maker builds every variant and adds a kill switch when the source forgot one. The Tester backtests each variant on 70% of the history, then on the 30% it never saw.
The Sieve drops what fails and writes down which rule it broke: too few trades, a weak win rate or reward-to-risk, losses after costs, a deep drawdown, or failure on unseen data. The Compliance officer marks each survivor RED, YELLOW or GREEN against UK rules.
Every step goes into a tamper-evident logbook, each line chained to the one before, which you can verify with one click.
FX and crude-oil ideas are tested on real daily prices: the European Central Bank's reference rates and the US Energy Information Administration's spot prices. Index, gold and crypto ideas run on synthetic series until a market-data vendor is connected, and the screen says so.
Survivors get a walk-forward test in Backtest Lab and then wait for you. Approving one starts Forward Testing, on paper. Nothing is ever sent to a broker.

No. Research results are tests on past prices, not predictions or advice. Simulated and past performance is not a reliable indicator of future results.
